A Site Dedicated to the Cars I One Day Hope to Own

It started out in 1997 as a concept car to showcase the new W12 engine.   It wasn't expected to be put into production but Volkswagen now plans to produce both a coupe and convertible version.  Around 300 will be produced in the first year.   For any doubters, the W12 broke record after record during a high speed testing averaging almost 182 MPH for 5,000 miles straight to break the previous record of 173 held by the Corvette LTS.
