2011 Aston Martin freshens up the DB9

The DB9 gets minor changes for 2011 because well why mess with a good thing? The front grill has been redesigned and now features mesh inserts on the bottom. New headlight bezels, re-styled sills, silver brake calipers, 20-spoke diamond turned alloy wheels and clear rear light lenses complete the external revisions.

The DB9's passive damping system has been replaced by a new Adaptive Damping System (ADS), which offers enhanced ride comfort together with sharper handling when switched to Sport mode. Due to this, the DB9 Sport Pack upgrade has now been discontinued.

  1. I like the new grill. Not sure about the mesh inserts.

    • The grill is the only thing they changed that I can see.

  2. They made the convertible look really good, so I would take the convertible over the coupe. But now with the old ones, the coupes look better then. I do love the throughty exhaust tone though, with sound would you take, the DBS, or this???
