The DBR9 represents Aston Martin's return to international motor racing in 2005.  2 will be run at Sebring and then in the 24 hours of Lemans.  Aston Martin Racing will also build 12 Works cars, which will be run by three Works teams in the major international GT series.  20 cars will be built for private buyers to the exact specifications as the race cars.  It will be powered by a 600 HP V8 producing 517 lbs of torque.
