The bad news is that the production model will not be made entirely of carbon fiber and some elements of the frame will be aluminum instead possibly increasing the weight to 2000lbs even. The other bad news is that even though the 1.75 l engine that's already used in the Giulietta QV produces 232 hp, the 4c will use a de-tuned 1.8 l with 230 hp. It still keeps a 0-62 of 4.5 seconds and it's top speed comes in at 155. The good news is that even with the changes the performance hasn't changed for the worse and the new engine is actually lighter than the 1.75 l . I am glad that the successor is planned for production now at around late 2014. Yes, they have been through many concepts, like the HSC, DN-X, also HSV-GTS car used in the SuperGT was actually the race version of the aborted NSX 5 years ago. But here is the real concept. I also have a few details about the car, the price tag will obviously be greater than 100k and the production version may arrive sometime in late 2014. Yes, I also want them to build this awesome car, and they will.

I still think this generation Viper is the best looking. I've seen a few Alpinas and they look great. I love the way they fly under the radar. Today I saw a Corvette Z06 near the hospital where my parent works at. Whenever we visit the hospital, most of the time in the parking I see a corvette(base), IS-F, M3(sedan version), M5, and recently I found an M6 there also, which is awesome, since that is very rare similar to the M5, high performance V-10 cars. there is also a BMW Alpina B7, which is also considered a performance variant of the full size car, as it rivals the MB s63AMG and the Audi S8.
