Mercedes C55 AMG

Putting V8s into small cars is always fun and thats just what Mercedes has
done with the C55 AMG. The result is an increase in power and torque
over its predecessor, the C32 AMG which was powered by a supercharged V6.
While the performance numbers aren't significantly better over the C32 (13.5
to 13.6 in the 1/4 mile) the benefit of the V8 is most pronounced in overall
driveability. The V8 is much more responsive and thrusts ahead at any
speed up to its 155 MPH limiter. All this performance comes with the
luxurious cabin and ride that you would expect from a Mercedes.
