As expected from Saab, the Aero X concept is different
than any other car out there. The most noticeable is the doors or lack
thereof. The entire roof line opens up as if you were getting in and
out of a jet and helps offer the driver full 180 degree vision. Under
the hood is a 400 HP Bi-Turbo V6. Nothing extraordinary until you hear its
powered by ethanol, a sustainable energy source that is kinder to the
environment by cutting fossil CO2 emissions. This combined with its
AWD drive-train allows for a projected 0-60 of 4.9 seconds and
electronically limited top speed of 155 MPH.
