0-60mph in 1.6 seconds, top speed over 300mph, and the ability to reach 200mph in the standing 1/4 mile. Bold claims from a company few have even heard about. On paper the numbers add up. 2000hp, 2000 lb-ft. of torque and a low curb weight of 2420 lbs. Can they pull it off? We’ll find out soon enough.

Rumor: Mclaren F1 successor on the way sooner than expected?



According to Autocar, Mclaren is planning on completing its Mclaren F1 successor in 2012, 2 years earlier than originally announced.
Mclaren insiders described it as a “revolutionary” hypercar and one which will be instantly recognisable as such." I wouldn't expect anything different.
Bugatti better enjoy its new reign as top speed king because I have a feeling it won't last past 2012.

2011 Aston Martin freshens up the DB9
The DB9 gets minor changes for 2011 because well why mess with a good thing? The front grill has been redesigned and now features mesh inserts on the bottom. New headlight bezels, re-styled sills, silver brake calipers, 20-spoke diamond turned alloy wheels and clear rear light lenses complete the external revisions.
Rumor: Faster Veyron on the way?




Bugatti is rumored to be working on a 1200hp Veyron to end production in style. While the horsepower is insane, it's nothing compared to the intention of reducing weight by 600 lbs!
With those improvements the Veyron should have no trouble regaining its top speed crown with a rumored 264mph top speed. An equally astonishing 0-60mph of 2.2 seconds is also predicted. The ultimate Veyron is expected to debut at the Paris Motor Show this fall.
